The dining table seats up to 10, and the kitchen is fully stocked with two coffee makers and everything needed to cook and entertain. The home features three bedrooms in the main house: a spacious primary suite with a king bed, private en suite bathroom, and oversized closet; a second bedroom with one full and one twin bed; and a third bedroom with a queen bed. Each room includes its own TV for added comfort and privacy. A standout feature is the fully private back apartment, which serves as the fourth bedroom. It includes its own kitchen, coffee maker, and separate living space—ideal for guests who want extra privacy or a quiet retreat. Outdoors, enjoy a small front deck for morning coffee, and a relaxing back porch overlooking a fully fenced backyard with new landscaping. There’s a hammock and yard games for laid-back afternoons, making the space feel both private and welcoming. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, yet just minutes from everything Augusta has to offer.
